Sara’s adept and disarming interview style enables guests to reach an unexpected level of candor that connects with an audience not otherwise served by today’s media: the courageous, discerning & multi-faceted professional mother who is not “just a mom” but also not “just a boss.”
Sara BROWN
founder & host
Sara is a corporate executive, writer, and speaker whose work examines power, identity, and motherhood in modern life. Working alongside some of the some of the most accomplished women in the world, she saw firsthand how often their broader lives were hidden in professional spaces – and created a platform where those full identities could be shared, seen and valued.
Sara spent more than a decade at Google & YouTube leading teams across platform strategy, product development, and global commercialization, responsible for growth and monetization. Earlier in her career, she worked in brand strategy at Edelman and played professional soccer in Germany after graduating from Harvard.
A mother of three, Sara founded The Mothers on the belief that many of the most interesting conversations about leadership, ambition, and identity are missing – especially when those stories belong to women raising families.
